Square Park Capital Management is a vertically integrated hospitality investment and development company, founded in 2018 and based in New York.
We look for multi-unit residential and commercial buildings in places travelers already want to go. Every space gets designed for short-term stays, then run as upscale rooms and rentals under the HOLT brand.
HOLT has operated rentals since 2013. That decade of guest data is what Square Park underwrites against.
A run-down 120-year-old hacienda three blocks from the Zócalo. The family had turned away retail conversions for years. We built them a hotel dedicated to their matriarch, invested alongside them, and finished in just under a year.
Nearly 90% occupancy year-round
A four-story historic monument downtown, restored with a single investor and over €7 million. New facade, rebuilt interior, retail below, and studios upstairs that unlock into two- and three-bedroom suites.
Our first contactless hotel
The villa was aging and earning less than it should. We put capital in next to the owner and brought in local architects, craftsmen and contractors.
A go-to stay for large groups
An unfinished budget hotel on one of San Miguel's prettiest one-block streets, and an owner out of money. We redid the rooms in a Tulum style and brought in a local chef for the ground-floor restaurant.
Four blocks from the Parroquia
The former home of Corneliu Coposu, a key figure in modern Romania. We restored the three-unit historic monument through a long permitting process and kept its classic interiors.
Two units open, a third on the way
Building in the city since 2018. We were the first to bring luxury home rentals to Bucharest.
